I would like to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Courtney Crossley and I am a first year teacher in first grade! This is my second year at DeArmanville Elemenrary School! Last school year I worked as a aide where I assisted in the resource classroom and also in the kindergarten classroom. I am so excited to be back at DeArmanville - GO JACKETS! I graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I believe that in order for your student to be successful, that communication is essential. If you ever have any concerns or questions regarding your child, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will keep you informed throughout the school year via weekly folders and my class blog. This blog will be updated periodically and will contain things that we are doing in class, pictures, and other pertinent information. I look forward to working with each one of you and we are going to have a great time in first grade this school year!
